You must be registered with the SCGH Library to obtain a PIN number and use these online request forms.
The following services are available to SCGH staff for work-related purposes only. If you are studying at university or TAFE, please use the Library staff and resources at that institution to help with your non-work related searches.

Register with the library
Use this form to register as a borrower and obtain a PIN to request articles or books that are not held at SCGH Library. Complete the form and either fax (9346 4145) or mail it to the SCGH Library. See Services for information about borrowing from the library.

Request photocopies from other libraries
A PIN is required for this service. Use the Borrower Registration & PIN Number form to request one.

Request loans from other libraries

Request a literature search
To request a search for work-related purposes, complete this online form or call us during opening hours on 9346 1166.
